Dear Parents,  

Hope all is well with everyone since our meeting today.   We wanted to write to clairfy something about the supplies we had talked about.

If you ordered the supplies through the school, then you do not need to do anything else other than the bee binder (which is optional but recommended because it is very helpful for your student and yourself this year).  

If you have the boxed supplies and some items are missing we were informed that the school is going to provide those for your students since you all have already done your part.
